~ Book Bash 2013 Weekend in Orlando Recap & GIVEAWAY! ~

Last weekend my friends and I went to Book Bash in Orlando, Florida. OMG, we had an amazing time. We got to meet some amazing authors and of course I was fangirling the whole time. How could I not! We were surrounded by some of the best authors in the world. This was my first time going to Book Bash and I will tell you, I am already planning on going again next year. It was that much fun. 

Here's how our adventure went. Andy, Katering, Leydy and I all drove up to Orlando, which is about 3 and a half hours from my house, but an extra hour for the rest of the girls because they live in Miami and I live in West Palm Beach. So we all met up at my house and hit the road at 5AM! Yes, that is super early considering that Book Bash didn’t start until Noon. But let me tell you, it’s a good thing we did because by the time we got there, there were already people waiting in line. If you have ever been to a signing and had to wait outside for hours, you know that we don’t mind the wait at all. That’s the time we get to mingle with other readers and bloggers and of course take PICTURES!

Some of the authors came out to say hello and you could tell that they appreciated us being there. Yes, it was hot, but us book lovers don’t mind. We all knew what was in store for us and we didn’t care how long we had to wait. In the end, it was going to be worth it.
