After all, Kyler will always be the poor boy from the wrong side of tracks, and Syd will always be the one girl he can never have.  But when they're stranded together at a post ski resort due to a massive Nor'easter, there's nothing stopping their red-hot feelings for each other from coming to the surface. Can their friendship survive the attraction? Better yet, can they survive at all? Because as the snow falls, someone is stalking them, and this ski trip may be a life-changer in more ways than one.  

I can't even put in words the way I feel about this book (in a good way). Let me start by asking; where do I get a man like Kyler? Because, sweet Jesus! This guy is HOTT (yes, he deserves the extra T). Jennifer L. Armentrout/J.Lynn does an Ah-mazing job creating guys that are out of this world (*hint* *hint* Daemon, LOL).  I love the way she creates tension between her characters, and how all of her stories develop. This book is worth your precious reading time and let me tell you that the steamy scenes between the main characters are to die for!

Kyler and Sydney have been best friends since they were little.  Kyler is always sleeping around without committing to anyone. Syd has been in love with Kyler since they met each other, but neither of them want to admit their love for each other even though the sexual tension between them is palpable. Syd thinks that he is not attracted to her and Kyler thinks that Sydney deserves someone better than him. But... Tan Tan Tan, during a school Christmas break they get stuck in a cabin all by themselves and soon they discover feelings that are going to change their friendship forever.

I am already a fan of anything that JLA writes. She has this magnificent way of creating the perfect chemistry between her characters. Kyler is just too sexy, smart and he is the perfect definition of a manwhore, but he is really sweet and will make you swoon a lot during the story. Syd; well she annoyed me sometimes, she seemed childish and naive but she had her funny moments.

LAWD! There were some super hot sex scenes in this book that were too good for words. The easiness with JLA writes this specific type of scenes is incredible. They are really electric and make you want more, at least I wanted more. I can read about Kyler for days, seriously! He is just what the doctor prescribed.

What kept me from giving this book a higher rating is that the twist in the plot was a little predictable. Also the main female character did not act her age and I felt like she deserve to be slapped a few times. If you are a JLA’s fan I would totally recommend this book. Now I am off to track the author down to see if she can give me one of her guys in real life, I am not asking for much, Am I?
