Last Thursday, I had the most amazing time hanging out with the super sweet and seriously talented, Marie Lu. Leydy from Once Upon a Twilight and Harmony from Radiant Reads and I were invited to have lunch with Marie Lu. We ate at Samba Sushi in Coral Gables and their sushi was amazing! Whats better than having lunch with one of your favorite authors? Eating Sushi with one of your favorite authors!! Thank you Penguin and Marie Lu for making this happen. I will forever be grateful for making my dream come true!
We didn't really get to take a picture during lunch because we were so busy talking about everything and anything. Oh, and did you know that Marie Lu is team Warner?!! That totally made me love her ever more! Sorry #TeamAdam fans, she's on our team. LOL
Marie Lu was in Miami for her book signing. Her third and final book in her Legend series, Champion, released last week and she was there to sign copies for her fans. It was a packed house needless to say. Here are some of the pictures from the book signing. Enjoy!

About The Author
I write young adult
novels, and have a special love for dystopian books. Ironically, I was born in
1984. I like food, fighter jets, afternoon tea, happy people, electronics, the
interwebz, cupcakes, pianos, bright colors, rain, Christmas lights, sketches, animation,
dogs, farmers' markets, video games, and of course, books. I suck at working
out. I also get lost very easily, but am a halfway decent driver. At least, I
like to think so. :)
I left Beijing for the
States in 1989 and went off to college at the University of Southern
California. California weather sweet-talked me into stick
