From #1 New York Times bestselling author Colleen Hoover, a passionate tale of friendship, betrayal, and romance—and the enchanting music that inspires one young woman to put her life back together.
At twenty-two years old, aspiring musician Sydney Blake has a great life: She’s in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her good friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers Hunter cheating on her with Tori—and she is left trying to decide what to do next.
Sydney becomes captivated by her mysterious neighbor, Ridge Lawson. She can’t take her eyes off him or stop listening to the daily guitar playing he does out on his balcony. She can feel the harmony and vibrations in his music. And there’s something about Sydney that Ridge can’t ignore, either: He seems to have finally found his muse. When their inevitable encounter happens, they soon find themselves needing each other in more ways than one…
From the author of the New York Times bestsellers Slammed, Point of Retreat, Hopeless, This Girl, and Losing Hope, Maybe Someday is destined to become another bestseller and long-lasting fan favorite.
I have a confession, although I have almost all printed Colleen Hoover books, this was the first one I have actually read. *covers face* Yes, I know, what the heck is my problem?! Now I am kicking myself in the butt for waiting so long.  So consider yourself warned, there will be A LOT of Colleen reviews coming your way from me.  I am hooked and I can't stop now.

I honestly don't even know where to begin with this review. It's really hard to write this review without saying anything spoilery, but I promise to do my best. It's been a few of weeks since I read Maybe Someday and I still can't put into words what I think about it. Oh. My. God, this was Ah-Mazing!!!! I was seriously blown away with this story. Colleen, you are one heck of a writer.  I was pulled in from the very first page and couldn't stop reading until the very last word.  It is just that good! I can't get enough of her! Colleen, you have created a masterpiece here. I finally know why everyone says that Colleen loves to torture and make her readers cry! Yes I cried.  I cried like a big baby in this one.

She throws us a curve ball almost at the very beginning of the story and how she came up with this story and how she made it work is incredible.  The two main characters, Sidney and Ridge are perfect.  Their struggle to be together is heartbreaking.  I kept yelling at the book saying "make it work, who cares about the consequences", but sometimes things aren't that easy and Colleen definitely shows us that. Sidney and Ridge have an immense love for music and actually write a few songs together.  Lucky for us, Colleen decided to get former American Idol singer, Griffin Preston to come up with a soundtrack! So not only are you reading about awesome music, you can actually listen to it while you read!  Believe me, it makes the book even better, if that is even possible.

I haven't fallen in love with a book like this in a long time.  So, when I tell you that you HAVE to get it, like now, I am not kidding.  I promise you that you will fall in love with Sidney and Ridge too.

How awesome is that you can read and listen to the songs that are being talked about in the book? What a clever idea! Believe me when I tell you, you WILL want to hear the songs because those songs are everything.  *swoons*

Check out the songs HERE
