Regret . . . she's a snarky little bitch.

I’ve tried several times to regret the events that took place on June 5, 2008, but for the life of me, I can’t. I'd never regret the pain, the suffering, or the heartache because it ultimately led me to the place I am now. And I can’t regret the place I am now. What I still can't figure out is this: how is it possible that the single worst day of my life inadvertently became the very best day?

Five years ago my life was irrevocably changed.

Seventeen minutes was all it took—
to lose my best friend…
to lose the love of my life…

Seventeen minutes was all it took for the seeds of hope—the seeds of my future—to be planted in the worst possible way.

My name is Harley Thompson, and this is my story.
K.L. Grayson doesn't hold back when it comes to making me suffer. This book is a whirl of emotions; I lost count of many times I teared up.

Harley hasn't had it easy and my heart broke for her but she didn't let the traumatic event define her. She's a survivor to her core and thanks to her friends help, she pushed herself to become more. Enter Tyson . . . I didn't know Where We Belong was told in 2 POV's so I'm glad we got to see his thoughts and feelings because if not I'm pretty sure I would've been like "go away, you ass." Don't get me wrong, Tyson is great, I liked watching him see his wrongs and especially forming this bond with a certain someone. And I know they have this pact for Harley to forgive Tyson for anything but it got to the point where I wanted her to stand her ground and not give in so easily.

Btw, Levi, I WANT HIM. I loved his character. And I hope he gets own story because I would read that in a heartbeat.

I love reading stories about friendships. I love when best friends turn to more. I think the greatest relationship you can have is when your friends first because of that trust you built. And of course I was rooting for Harley to get her happy ending.

Where We Belong is all about second chances and how friendships can get you through the good and bad times.
