Let's first talk about this gorgeous cover!  It grabbed me from the moment I saw it and I knew I just had to get my hands on this baby! Thank you so much Tor Teen for sending me a copy! I love the fire-horse and let me tell you, this horse is pretty bad ass!  I love him!

Gideon Blake wants nothing more then to follow in his father's footsteps.  He wants to become an Army Ranger just like his dad was.  But there's a problem, Gideon dies. Yup, but don't worry, he comes back to life with some pretty cool powers and a pretty badass horse! If that wasn't pretty cray cray, he also has to save the world from demons and crazy looking monsters! Oh and did I mention that there are also 3 other guys who died and came back just like him? Yup, and all four together form the legendary four horsemen of the apocalypse!

With all this crazy epicness going on, you know that Veronica just had to give us some romance and she did!  Well, as much romance as you can get when you are trying to save the world from extinction! But the chemistry between Gideon and Daryn is pretty amazing, actually.  Oh, and lets talk about Sebastian, AKA, Bas.  This guy is hilarious! I seriously love him to pieces! Marcus grew on me, even though he still kind of scares the crap out of me. There is something mysterious about him and I can't wait to find out more.  And lets not forget about my sexy British hottie! They are all so different, yet so alike.

Riders totally took me by surprise!  It had be glued to every page.  The characters made me laugh and even shed a tear for one of them.  I can't wait to see what happens next!  Waiting a whole year to see what happens is going to be brutal!
