Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Swoony Quotes From Books

"Who are you?"
He wore a cocky grin. "The guy that's going to sweep you off your feet."

"Your tongue is pierced," I said dumbly.
A wicked gleam filled his gaze. "That's not the only thing pierced."

"I want it," he hissed. "I want you. I will elevate you to consort. You will be a princess among my people. I will shower you with gifts, whatever you desire."

"What is in your mouth?" I asked, studying his lips and waiting for him to open up again.
Rush opened his mouth and slowly stuck out his tongue. It was pierced with a silver barbell.
"When you,uh, kiss someone with it in, can she feel it?"
"You would feel it. Everywhere I want to kiss you, you would feel it. And you would enjoy it," he whispered in my ear...

"Because I want to know who's standing in my way."
My mouth is suddenly very dry.
"Whose ass I have to kick before I can make it official."
"Make what official?" My mind flickers trying to figure out what I'm missing.
"That your mine."
"Once I fuck you Rylee - it's official, you're mine and only mine."


This was A LOT harder than I thought it would be! I could only come up with five! I have lots of swoony scenes marked in my books, but not a lot of swoon worthy quotes. I took me over an hour to come up with just these five!
