Well hot damn!  This book is HOTTTT!  Elle Kennedy brings up the heat in this baby! I knew what I was getting myself into with ADDICTED since I had already read book #1, Claimed last year. ADDICTED is the story about Lennox and Jaime.  They have known each other since they were little kids, and have been through some pretty tough stuff.  They kept each other safe after both of their parents died and even though they developed feelings for each other, they never acted upon them. Well, that is until now. Things are starting to change in the world and when they are sent to help Reese, the leader of a different group about 4 hours away, something sparks between them and clothes start coming off.  

There are some pretty intense sexual scenes in ADDICTED. I mean, really INTENSE! LOL  Not bad intense, but the kind that will give you goosebumps and make you get up to turn the AC down because the room starts to feel a little hot. Yes, that kind of intense. LOL  Here's the thing I love about Elle's books, even though there's a lot of sex, she ALWAYS delivers on a story plot.  I get so turned off by a book that is just sex and no story.  Elle is a master at combining both! She always gives us an addicting story that is hard to put down. 

There is one part that literally had me balling my eyes out! I kept asking myself, why???? I was literally crying on my couch with my husband next to me looking at me like I was crazy! I swear non-readers will never understand! I was so mad at her and I just couldn't understand how she didn't blame herself? I mean, I would! I would be devastated! And that is all I will say about that because I don't want to give anything away. 

If you haven't read Claimed, I suggest you do.  ADDICTED is a perfect way to describe Elle's writing, so take my advise and order this series!
